The Greek international is set to complete a £5.5million transfer from AEK Athens this week.
And he’s been spotted in the city after touching down at Glasgow Airport on Tuesday night.
The deal consists of an initial £4.5million with another £1million to be paid to AEK in add-ons.
And with his arrival in Scotland it’s expected that he’ll be announced as Celtic ‘s new No.1 soon, subject to a successful medical.
The 26-year-old is set to sign a four-year deal with the Scottish champions and barring any late snags the Dutch-born shot stopper should be available for this Sunday’s opening game against Hamilton at Celtic Park.
