This is the moment Ellis Genge looked on in pure shock as Jack Willis suffered a horrific injury against Italy.

Prop Genge was one of the first to cotton on to the nasty injury, as he put his hands on his head in a mixture of disbelief and devastation.

Maro Itoje, too, pleaded with players to give Willis space as he tried to point out the sickening knock.

Willis was eventually taken off on a stretcher, with his Six Nations tournament surely over.
