West Bromwich Albion can clinch promotion back to the Premier League tonight should they better Brentford’s result.
Slaven Bilic’s men host QPR at The Hawthorns with the Bees entertaining Barnsley at Griffin Park.
Albion will be hoping to end their two-year stay in the Championship by winning tonight after being thrown a lifeline by Brentford last week.
West Brom, of course, lost away at Huddersfield to gift Thomas Frank’s side advantage – only for Brentford to crumble at Stoke.

Now, with the Premier League firmly in sight, Albion’s staff and players have been sent a well-wish message from a goal hero they’ve missed dearly.
Newcastle ace Dwight Gayle spent last year on-loan at the Hawthorns and smashed in 23 goals in 39 games to take Albion to the play-offs.
Against Villa, of course, West Brom lost over two legs with Gayle getting controversially sent off in the first-leg encounter at Villa Park.
Albion tried desperately to re-sign Gayle last summer, and tried again in the January but for Steve Bruce to keep him up at St James’ Park.
The 30-year-old has recently been enjoying a new lease of life for Newcastle having scored three times in his last seven Premier League matches.
Now, on the eve of Albion potentially clinching promotion, Gayle issued the following heartwarming message to everyone associated with Albion.
He said: “All the best tonight to everyone at WBA (fingers crossed).”
One Albion fan responded: “Miss you.”
Another put: “What a top bloke and striker, oh to have him up front for us tonight.”
While a third said: “The Prince. Wish we had him this season, we would have been up by lockdown.”
Albion’s game against QPR kicks off at 7.30pm this evening. Follow Joe Chapman for live updates and match action and reaction.
